On the morning of September 25, the Labor Federation of Phan Thiet City
organized a training conference for grassroots trade union officials in 2024,
attended by more than 180 participants who are accounting officials from
affiliated trade unions.
During
the conference, participants were guided by the presenters on how to use the
VCS accounting software for trade unions developed by VSC Vietnam Technology
Joint Stock Company. Topics covered included initial setup procedures,
operations for entering documents, and direct report entry procedures…
In
addition, participants were also advised on essential considerations when using
the software, including software maintenance and customer support services…
This
is an opportunity for officials working in trade union finance to learn and
share experiences in general trade union activities and specifically in trade
union finance, and to become familiar with the new accounting software. This
will help provide participants with the knowledge needed to effectively carry
out trade union financial duties and assist the grassroots trade union executive
committee in managing and utilizing trade union finances efficiently according
to regulations.
