(binhthuan.gov.vn) The Department of Industry and Trade has
announced the official operation of the Ly Van Border Gate in Cao Bang Province
(Vietnam) - Thac Long Border Gate in Guangxi Province (China) under the
bilateral border gate model.
The official operation of the Ly Van Border Gate, Cao Bang
Province (Vietnam) – Thac Long Border Gate, Guangxi Province (China), began on
February 27, 2025. Working hours at the border gates are from 07:00 to 16:00
(Hanoi time), with customs clearance activities taking place every day of the
week, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Tet (Lunar New Year).
Accordingly, the Department of Industry and Trade requests
the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committees of
districts, towns, and cities (excluding Phu Quy District), the Provincial
Industrial Zones Authority, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance, the Provincial
Farmers' Association, the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Small and
Medium Enterprise Support Center, the Provincial Businesswomen's Association,
and other associations to inform export enterprises and cooperatives in the
province about the official operation of the Ly Van – Thac Long bilateral
border gate to proactively plan their production, export, and import
activities.
During the implementation process, if difficulties or
obstacles arise, units and businesses are requested to directly contact the
Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Thuan Province (Contact person: Mr.
Tran Van Khanh - Head of Trade Management Division, Phone: 0252.3827329 or
0901.231043) and relevant agencies to coordinate, propose support solutions,
and address issues related to export-import activities at this bilateral border
gate.
