State budget revenue for quarter 1 reaches nearly 30% of annual estimate

According to the latest data from the provincial Statistics Office, the estimated
state budget revenue for the first quarter of 2025 has reached nearly 30% of
the annual estimate. Compared to the same period in 2024, the state revenue for
Q1/2025 decreased, though not significantly.
Specifically,
for Q1/2025, the province is estimated to have collected 3,018.5 billion VND,
reaching 29.02% of the annual target, down 1.68% from the same period last
year. Of this amount, domestic revenue was 2,838.5 billion VND, achieving
30.69% of the annual target, an increase of 2.89% compared to the previous
year. The total state revenue, which includes taxes, fees, and other income,
was 2,483.2 billion VND, reaching 30.54% of the annual target, down 0.53%.
Revenue from land and property was 355.3 billion VND, reaching 31.75% of the
annual estimate, up 35.51%. Revenue from import-export taxes was 180 billion
VND, reaching 15.65% of the annual target, down 42.18% compared to the same
period last year.
For the districts, towns, and cities, the estimated revenue
for Q1/2025 was 1,226.1 billion VND, reaching 33.42% of the annual estimate,
down 1.31% from the same period last year. Specifically, Phan Thiết: 438.7
billion VND (30.11% of the target, down 20.45%); La Gi: 113 billion VND (50.23%
of the target, up 6.02%); Tuy Phong: 86.9 billion VND (23.18% of the target, up
15.62%); Bắc Bình: 67.3 billion VND (16.21% of the target, down 32.9%); Hàm Thuận
Bắc: 161.9 billion VND (41.21% of the target, up 28.76%); Hàm Thuận Nam: 85
billion VND (26.38% of the target, down 11.49%); Tánh Linh: 39.6 billion VND (34.42%
of the target, up 29.5%); Đức Linh: 115.9 billion VND (77.24% of the target, up
55.74%); Hàm Tân: 99.6 billion VND (52.14% of the target, up 40.11%); Phú Quý:
18.2 billion VND (70.18% of the target, up 64.71%).
State
budget expenditure for Q1/2025 is estimated at 2,795.5 billion VND, an increase
of 40.22% compared to the same period last year. Of this amount, development
investment expenditure was 466.5 billion VND, an increase of 3.1 times; and
regular expenditures were 2,329 billion VND, up 26.39%.
