Review and resolve difficulties and obstacles related to projects in the province

(binhthuan.gov.vn) The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee has issued a document requesting heads of agencies, localities, and relevant units to continue reviewing and resolving difficulties and obstacles related to projects in the province.

 

Accordingly, the Chairman requires the continued review, updating, and completion of information on investment projects facing prolonged difficulties, obstacles, or issues related to projects with both budget and non-budget investment capital, in compliance with the Prime Minister’s requirements in Urgent Dispatch No. 26/CĐ-TTg dated March 31, 2025, and Official Letter No. 4229/BTC-ĐT dated April 3, 2025, from the Ministry of Finance. Focused direction must be given to decisively resolving site clearance for projects in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring the legitimate interests of the people, especially vulnerable groups and revolutionary contributors, and strictly handling acts of intentional violation or resistance causing public order disruption.

 

The Chairman also requires that agencies or localities with authority over a project’s difficulties and obstacles take proactive responsibility for resolving and handling the issues without evading accountability. Additionally, optimal solutions should be selected based on agreement, analysis, and evaluation to ensure the interests of all parties involved while minimizing disputes, complaints, and impacts on the investment environment and social order.

 

The Department of Finance is assigned to monitor, urge, consolidate, and report the implementation results to the Provincial People’s Committee in May 2025.
