Honoring outstanding workers and employees.

(binhthuan.gov.vn) On the afternoon of April 28th, the
Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd. (Hàm Kiệm II Industrial Park)
organized a ceremony to honor and reward outstanding workers and employees in
labor and production. This event is part of the 2025 Workers' Month program,
which was initiated by the local trade union to support the plan launched by
the Binh Thuan Provincial Labor Federation.
At the event, the Trade Union honored and
rewarded 26 outstanding workers and 67 exemplary employees. These individuals
were selected from over 3,600 workers engaged in sports shoe production at
Right Rich International Co., Ltd. Each outstanding worker was awarded a flower
wreath, a Certificate of Merit, a travel voucher worth 1,000,000 VND, and a
souvenir from the company.
During the ceremony, the leadership of Right Rich
International Co., Ltd. expressed their gratitude to the workers for their
continued efforts and long-term collaboration with the company. In particular,
the workers have consistently demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility,
adhered to regulations, and were willing to work overtime to ensure the quality
and timely delivery of products.
Mr. Trần Duy Thanh – Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Zones
Trade Union stated that this is a meaningful program that provides timely
encouragement, motivates, and creates a new drive and momentum for workers to
strive harder in their jobs. At the same time, it demonstrates the care and
attention of the grassroots trade union organization towards its members and
workers. The Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union hopes that
union officials, members, and workers will continue to maintain their
enthusiasm and passion to increase their income and contribute to the continued
development of the company.
