(binhthuan.gov.vn) The Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee has recently issued a decision to establish 10 inspection teams to assess the readiness for the handover process, digitization of documents, and physical infrastructure preparation to ensure the operation of commune, ward, and special-zone political systems under the implementation of the administrative unit merger project at provincial and commune levels, as well as the reorganization of the two-tier local government system. The inspections will also cover preparations for grassroots-level Party Congresses.

According to the decision, the inspection teams will focus on several key areas, including: Preparations for the handover process in accordance with the administrative unit merger plan at the provincial and commune levels; Progress on document digitization as directed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Organization of grassroots-level Party Congresses; Readiness of physical facilities to support the operation of local political systems in communes, wards, and special zones…

The inspection teams are tasked with issuing detailed working plans, coordinating with Party committees, agencies, and organizations under review, and conducting on-site inspections of proposed locations for commune, ward, or special-zone headquarters no later than June 12. Final reports must be submitted to the Provincial Party Standing Committee by June 15.
