09 days off on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2022

to the Government Office, the Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has agreed to
the time off for the Lunar New Year of the Tiger and National Day in 2022 for
officials, civil servants, public employees of administrative agencies,
political organizations, socio-political organizations, enterprise.
Accordingly, the Lunar New Year
holiday is 09 days (from January 31, 2022 to the end of February 4, 2022) and
the National Day holiday is 02 days (from September 1, 2022 to the end of
September 2, 2022).
As directed by the Deputy Prime
Minister, agencies and units implementing the above holiday schedule must
arrange reasonable working parts to handle continuous work, ensuring good
service to the organization, the people and the prevention and control of
Covid-19 epidemic. Other weekly holidays, public holidays and other holidays
shall comply with the provisions of the Labor Code. Ministries, agencies,
People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall strictly
implement the tasks assigned in Directive No. 35/CT-TTg dated December 31, 2021
on strengthening measures to ensure a joyful, healthy, safe and thrifty Lunar
New Year celebration.
