1.631 new soldiers of Binh Thuan to enlist in the army

On the morning of February 16, localities in the whole province of Binh Thuan
simultaneously held ceremonies to delivery and receive troops in 2022. 1,631
Binh Thuan youths enthusiastically set out to fulfill the sacred duty of the
Fatherland.
This year, Binh Thuan
province has 1,300 young people enlisted in the People’s army service and 331
young people enlisted in the People's Police service. According to statistics,
the quality of young people enlisting this year is higher than last year. In
which, 165 citizens enlisted with intermediate, college and university degrees,
accounting for 12.69%, increased 0.18% compared to 2021. 24 citizens are
officially communist party members, accounting for 1, 84% (1 percent as
regulated), increased 0.84% compared to 2021.
The program of the
delivery ceremony of troops in localities in the province took place quickly;
conducting direct handover of troops according to the compact method of each
unit, avoiding large gatherings of people. At the same time, strictly implementing
the 5k principle and coordinating with localities to strengthen propaganda,
mobilization, and minimizing the number of relatives seeing citizens off to the
enlistment to ensure the highest epidemic prevention work.
Previously, the work
of encouraging recruited young people was also thoughtfully and meaningfully
organized by localities. Representatives of the local Party Committees, authorities,
and Youth Unions visited and gifted to the new recruits, and successfully
completed the army rear policy, encouraging young people to rest assured to do
the military service. At the same time, organizing COVID-19 testing for all
selected citizens preparing to the enlistment.
