"Tet reunion, spring bonding" and Membership Welfare Program 2023

Continuing activities to take care of union members and employees on the
occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Cat 2023, on January 11, the
Standing Committee of the Provincial Trade Union held the program "Tet
Reunion - Spring Bonding" and the Membership Welfare Program 2023.
Speaking
at the event, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of Provincial Trade Union said:
Last year, the socio-economic situation in the province faced many difficulties
and challenges, the Covid-19 epidemic situation made a great impact on activities,
but with the determination to emulate and successfully complete all tasks, most
of the targets were met and exceeded the plan. The above achieved results are due
to the close and effective leadership and direction of the superiors, the
efforts and striving of the grass roots.
Accordingly,
in 2022, the Provincial Trade Union focused on implementation, achieving many
encouraging results in all aspects of trade union work and emulation movements,
notably: There were 60/60 units deploying propaganda activities to 98.9% of the
labors in various forms suitable to the situation of the unit; presented 172
gifts to children and union members with difficult circumstances worth 82
million VND; building 04 new houses and repairing 01 "trade union
shelter" worth nearly 420 million VND; supporting 51 members facing
difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic with 51 million VND...
These
are meaningful gifts to encourage, share, care for and support union members
and workers to have more conditions to enjoy Tet with their families and strive
in production.
