On the afternoon of February 15, 2023, the Department of Taxation of Binh Thuan
province held the program lucky invoices in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The
program "Lucky Invoices" in quarter IV is applied in Binh Thuan
province for all e-invoices with tax authority's code (including e-invoices
generated from cash registers), the buyer is an individual or business
household, arising in the fourth quarter of 2022 (from October 1, 2022 to the
end of December 31, 2022); at the same time, the invoices participating in the
program must have full identification information of the goods and service
buyers (tax code/ID or Passport) and not include: Canceled invoices; adjusted
invoice; replacement invoice; the invoice has the same information on the
seller's and buyer's tax identification numbers.
At
the program, the Supervisory Board buttoned to randomly select lucky invoices
on the database of 336,154 eligible e-invoices in the fourth quarter of 2022
through the Lucky Invoice software of the General Department of Taxation.
17 winning invoices are
randomly selected through the Lucky Invoice software of the General Department
of Taxation
The
software has randomly selected 17 lucky receipts to award prizes. The structure
of prizes in the fourth quarter of 2022 is as follows: 01 first prize worth
7,000,000 VND; 03 Second prizes, worth 3,000,000 VND each; 05 Third prizes,
worth 2,000,000 VND each; 08 consolation prizes, worth 500,000 VND each.

speak at the ceremony, Director of Binh Thuan Department of Taxation Tran Thi
Dieu Hoang emphasized: The Lucky Invoice Program ensures the objectivity, publicity
and transparency in the selection of winning invoices, and closely supervised
by the Supervisory Board. This is a periodic activity of the Provincial
Department of Taxation to encourage consumers to get invoices when buying goods
and services. From there, creating civilized consumption habits, contributing
to create transparency in expenditures and transactions of the whole society;
at the same time, contributing to strengthen the business management, avoiding
loss of state budget revenue./.
