43 newly established businesses in February

According to the Provincial Statistics Office, in February (from January 15 to
February 14, 2023), the whole province had 43 newly established enterprises,
10.42% lower than the same period last year. Total newly registered capital is
182 billion dong, 56.21% lower.
During the month,
there were 11 enterprises dissolved, reduced by 15.38%; 18 enterprises
suspended, reduced by 10%; 6 enterprises returned to operation, 50.0% lower;
type change registration of 51 enterprises, 16.39% decreased. The functional
sectors have warned 08 cases of businesses not operating at the registered
address. "Unlocking" the operation 02 cases after the tax agency
approved and the enterprises had explanation. Dissolved 12 branches,
representative offices and business locations.
Accumulated in the
first 2 months of 2023, the whole province has 90 newly established
enterprises, 23.73% lower than the same period last year; registered capital of
1,385 billion dong, increased by 3.6% over the same period last year; 74
enterprises returned to operation, reduced by 31.48%; 203 enterprises suspended,
24.54% higher; 152 enterprises registered for type change, decreased by 24; 20
enterprises dissolved, reduced by 28.57%.
Regarding
investment registration, in February, there were 03 projects in the province
that were granted investment undertakings with a total registered capital of
84.19 billion VND; there were 02 adjusted projects in which 01 for investment
capital increase (by VND 1,975.6 billion). Investment promotion was
continuously carried out; business support was concerned and focused.
