6,227 dossiers received by the Provincial Public Administration Center in February

According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in February, the
Center received 6,227 administrative procedures (including 2,786 online dossiers).
In which, 5,488 dossiers have been processed and returned results; 5,475
dossiers are returned on time and early; the number of late returning is 13.
Accumulated to the end of February 2023, the total number of dossiers received
is 10,078 (including 4,756 online dossiers). In which, the number of processed
and returned results is 9,725 dossiers; number of returned early and on time is
9,705, and 20 late.
In February, the
Center also received 42 dossiers submitted by groups in the fisheries sector;
processing and returning results on time 37 dossiers; no late return.
The coordination
in handling administrative documents is strictly carried out in accordance with
the coordination regulations between the Center, Post Office and departments to
ensure smooth and timely rotation. Through the public postal service, the
Center has coordinated to receive 46 dossiers of administrative procedures in
the fisheries sector in the localities (Phu Quy district: 35 dossiers, Tuy
Phong: 05 dossiers, Lagi: 06 dossiers). The dossiers are rotated and processed
according to regulations.
For the key tasks
in March, the Provincial Public Administration Center will continue to evaluate
the quality of administrative procedure settlement under the direction of the
Provincial People's Committee. Continuing to strictly control the
