982 newly established businesses in 2021

to the Department of Statistics, the number of newly registered businesses in
the fourth quarter reached 258, with the registered capital of 1,936.79 billion
VND. This shows that after more than two months of implementing Resolution No.
128/NQ-CP, the business registration situation of enterprises in the last
months of 2021 has clearly improved.
From the beginning of
the year to December 15, 2021, the province has 982 newly established
enterprises (including 369 affiliated units), decreased 29.61% compared to
2020; the registered capital: 9,124.19 billion VND; 228 businesses resumed
operation; 278 enterprises suspended operation; 68 enterprises changed type of
business. The number of dissolved enterprises is 225 (including 119 affiliated
units), decreased 36.78%.
On the investment
registration: during the year, the province has continued to improve the
investment environment, creating favorable conditions for attracting non-budget
investment capital. From the beginning of the year to November 16, 2021, there
were 27 newly granted projects in the province, with the total land area of 578
hectares, total registered investment capital of 14,394 billion VND. Compared
to 2020, the number of projects decreases 27, the total land area is 84.7% over
the same period and the total registered capital increases 22.8%. Accumulated
so far, there are 1,593 projects licensed for investment, with the total land
area of 50,003 hectares, total registered investment capital of 333,045
trillion VND.
