Accelerating the implementation of the Project of Renewing the coastal road DT.719B, section Phan Thiet - Ke Ga

project of renewing the coastal road DT.719B, section Phan Thiet - Ke Ga was
approved by the Provincial People's Committee at the Decision No. 1401/QD-UBND
dated June 18, 2020, with a length of 25.61 Km. It was started construction in
November 2020.
The total land
clearance area for the project is 146.4 ha/297 cases, including 278 individual cases
and 19 organizational cases; in which, Phan Thiet city has 64.5 ha/149 cases
and Ham Thuan Nam district has 81.9 ha/148 cases. Up to now, the relevant
localities have completed the notice of land acquisition, inventory and legal
review; The district compensation council approved 270/297 cases, reaching the
rate of 91%; ended publicly listing the compensation plan for 247/297 cases,
reaching the rate of 83%; approved the compensation plan for 214/297 cases,
reaching the rate of 72%; paid compensation for 180/297 cases, reaching the
rate of 61%.
The traffic
construction investment project management board has directed the contractor to
organize human resources and equipment for construction whenever and wherever
the premises are handed to ensure quality, progress, labor safety and
environmental sanitation as prescribed regulations.
