Administrative procedures under the management of the Department of Home Affairs met conditions to provide full online public services

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just approved the list of
administrative procedures under the management of the Department of Home
Affairs that met conditions to provide full online public services deployed in
2024.
Specifically,
10 provincial-level procedures, including: Registering people to be appointed,
elected, or nominated to hold positions of an organization granted a
certificate of registration of religious activities with an area of operation
in a province; Registering people to be appointed, elected, or nominated to
hold positions for the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 34 of the Law on
Beliefs and Religions; Registering the transfer of dignitaries, positions, and
monks who are accused of crimes or whose criminal records have not been erased;
Applying for a religious activity registration certificate for organizations
operating in a province; Recognition of religious organizations operating in a
province; Inviting foreign dignitaries and monks to preach for organizations
certified to register religious activities in a province; Inviting foreign
organizations and individuals to enter Vietnam to carry out religious
activities in a province; Requesting concentrated religious activities for
foreigners legally residing in Vietnam; Requesting the establishment, division,
separation, merger or consolidation of affiliated religious organizations with
operating areas in a province; Requesting change of headquarters of religious
organizations and affiliated religious organizations. At the district level,
there is 01 procedure for awarding certificates of merit of the Chairperson of
the District People's Committee; at the commune level, 01 procedure for
awarding certificates of merit of the Chairperson of the Commune People's
Committee.
The
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of
Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with agencies,
units and localities to provide the full online public services on the
Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System and integrate the
province's online public service list into the National Public Service Portal
in July 2024.
