African swine fever in Nghi Duc commune, Tanh Linh district

to Tanh Linh District People's Committee, the current situation of African
swine fever in the district is complicated; especially in Nghi Duc commune, as
of 28/02/2022, the total number of pigs has been destroyed due to African swine
fever epidemic is 438 heads of 34 households.
In order to control
the African swine fever pathogen in Nghi Duc commune as well as avoiding spread
out to other areas in the district; the Department of Agriculture and Rural
Development proposes the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district to urgently
deploy and announce the ASF epidemic in Nghi Duc commune, Tanh Linh district.
Regularly monitoring the development of ASF outbreaks in Nghi Duc commune and
strengthening supervision and inspection in order to detect early for
thoroughly handling newly arising outbreaks, stamping out quickly and neatly outbreaks.
Also, directing the
relevant functional departments and units of the People's Committees of
communes and towns in the district to focus on propagating the causes of spread
and measures to prevent ASF; timely and accurately providing information on the
epidemic situation in the district through the mass media to farmers and people
in order to proactively prevent and control diseases for production protection.
