Announcement of the list and process of administrative procedure settlement in the field of fisheries

(binhthuan.gov.vn) The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed a Decision to announce the list and internal process for settlement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of fisheries within the scope of management functions of the Department of Agriculture and Rual Development.
Accordingly, the list of administrative procedures amended and supplemented in the field of fisheries within the scope of management functions of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development includes 09 provincial-level and 01 district-level administrative procedures.
Specifically, the list of provincial-level administrative procedures is amended and supplemented in the field of fisheries, including: Issuance and re-issuance of certificates of establishments meeting conditions for producing and rearing aquatic breeds (except for facilities that produce and nurture parent aquatic breeds, and facilities that simultaneously produce and nurture parent aquatic breeds and aquatic breeds that are not parent aquatic breeds); Issuance and re-issuance of certificates of establishments qualified to produce aquatic feed and aquaculture environmental remediation products (except for foreign investors and foreign-invested economic organizations); Issuance and re-issuance of certificates of establishments eligible for aquaculture (on request); opening announcement of type 2 fishing port; Issuance and re-issuance of certificates of establishments meeting conditions for building, converting fishing vessels; Issuance and re-issuance of certificates of registration for cage aquaculture and key aquaculture species; Issuance, re-issuance and extend of marine aquaculture licenses for Vietnamese organizations and individuals (within 6 nautical miles); Issuance and re-issuance of aquatic exploitation licenses; Issuance and re-issuance of written approval for building, converting, leasing, and purchasing fishing vessels. The list of district-level administrative procedure amended and supplemented in the field of fisheries is the opening announcement of type 3 fishing port.
The internal process of settlement of administrative procedures has been amended and supplemented in the field of fisheries within the scope of management functions of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for the provincial-level administrative procedures: the opening announcement of type 2 fishing port has a processing time of 6 working days; issuance, reissuance of certificates of eligibility for building, converting fishing vessels have a processing time of 10 working days; issuance of written approval to build, convert, rent, or buy fishing vessels has a processing time of 03 working days. The administrative procedure for opening announcement of type 3 fishing port at the district level has a processing time of 06 working days.
