Announcement of the list of administrative procedures to be abolished in the road transport sector

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has recently signed a
decision announcing the list of administrative procedures to be abolished in
the road transport sector under the jurisdiction of the provincial Department
of Transport.
Accordingly, the
list of administrative procedures to be abolished in the road transport sector,
within the scope of management of the provincial Department of Transport,
includes two procedures: the announcement of the commissioning of rest stops
and the re-announcement of the commissioning of rest stops.
The administrative
procedures to be abolished in the road transport sector, within the scope of
management of the provincial Department of Transport, are specified in Circular
No. 09/2024/TT-BGTVT dated April 5, 2024, issued by the Minister of Transport.
This circular addresses the abolition of certain administrative procedures and
amends National Technical Regulation 01:2024 QCVN 43:2012/BGTVT concerning the
technical standards for road rest stops.
