Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to
announce the list of newly issued and amended administrative procedures in the
field of cultivation, which falls under the management functions of the
Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Accordingly, the list of
newly issued and amended administrative procedures in the field of cultivation,
which falls under the management functions of the Department of Agriculture and
Rural Development, includes 05 administrative procedures.
Specifically, there are
02 newly issued administrative procedures at the provincial level: The
evaluation of the plan for the use of the topsoil layer for projects with areas
dedicated to rice cultivation across two or more districts, and the payment to
the state for the supplementation of lost rice cultivation areas or for
increasing the efficiency of rice land use in projects that involve areas
dedicated to rice cultivation across two or more districts.
At the district level,
there are 02 newly issued administrative procedures: The evaluation of the plan
for the use of the topsoil layer for projects with areas dedicated to rice
cultivation within a district; and the payment to the state for the
supplementation of lost rice cultivation areas or for increasing the efficiency
of rice land use in projects that involve areas dedicated to rice cultivation
within a district.
Additionally, there is 01

conversion of crop and livestock structures on rice cultivation land.
