The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed a Decision
announcing the list and internal processes for handling newly issued, amended
and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of protecting consumer
rights within the scope and management functions of the Department of Industry
and Trade.
Accordingly,
the newly issued list of administrative procedures in the field of protecting
consumer rights within the scope and management functions of the Department of
Industry and Trade has 01 commune-level administrative procedure that is the
notice of the implementation of sale activities at non-regular transaction
locations. Organizations and individuals wishing to carry out this
administrative procedure should go to the one-stop unit of commune-level
People's Committee to submit their applications; the internal process for
handling this administrative procedure includes 2 steps.
The
list of administrative procedures amended and supplemented in the field of
protecting consumer rights within the scope and management functions of the
Department of Industry and Trade includes 01 provincial-level administrative
procedure which is contract registration according to general form and transaction
conditions under the authority of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Organizations and individuals wishing to carry out this administrative
procedure should submit their application to the Provincial Public
Administration Center; the internal process for handling this administrative
procedure includes 08 steps, implementation time is 18 working days and can be
extended for a maximum of 30 days.
The
decision takes effect from August 15, 2024.
