Assigning targets for the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development
(binhthuan.gov.vn) In order to accelerate the implementation of the National
Target Program on New Rural Development in Binh Thuan Province in 2025, Vice
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, has
assigned targets to localities. Accordingly, by the end of 2025, the province
aims to have:
- 02 additional communes meeting new rural standards, out of
4 registered communes: Phong Phu (Tuy Phong), Thuan Hoa (Ham Thuan Bac), Tan
Thang (Ham Tan), and La Ngau (Tanh Linh);
- 04 additional communes meeting advanced rural standards,
out of 14 registered communes including: Phuoc The (Tuy Phong), Hoa Thang and
Hong Phong (Bac Binh), Thien Nghiep (Phan Thiet), Hong Son and Ham Phu (Ham
Thuan Bac), Tan Binh (La Gi), Tan Xuan (Ham Tan), Gia An (Tanh Linh), Da Kai
and Duc Tin (Duc Linh), Tam Thanh, Long Hai, and Ngu Phung (Phu Quy).
- 06 additional communes meeting model rural standards, out
of 8 registered communes: Ham Liem (Ham Thuan Bac), Ham Minh (Ham Thuan Nam),
Tan Duc (Ham Tan), Tan Phuoc (La Gi), Bac Ruong (Tanh Linh), Tan Ha and Duc
Hanh (Duc Linh), Tam Thanh (Phu Quy).
- 03 district-level units meeting
new rural standards or completing the new rural development task: Tanh Linh
District, La Gi Town, and Phan Thiet City.
- 01 district-level unit meeting the
advanced new rural standards: Duc Linh District.
The Vice Chairman emphasized that
each locality and department must clearly assign responsibilities to units and
individuals, address any past shortcomings, and work proactively with local authorities
to inspect, guide, and ensure effective implementation of the National Target
Program.
