Assurance of clean water for people's daily life in the dry season 2022

Currently, the Provincial Center for Clean Water and Rural Environmental
Sanitation is managing 40 water supply works, with a total design capacity of
55,360 m3/day, providing water connection to more than 70,000 customers in 12
wards, 9 towns and 51 communes in the province. In which, there are 8 communes
of ethnic minorities, 22 villages mixed with ethnic minorities and 03 island
communes.
In order to ensure
domestic water supply for households in the dry season 2022, from the beginning
of the year, the Provincial Center for Clean Water and Rural Environmental
Sanitation has organized the inspection and review of machinery and equipment
in water supply works and the entire water supply pipeline. From there,
detecting and promptly remedying problems affecting the water supply. At the
same time, periodically checking the quality of water sources, and monitoring
the raw water sources. Assigning officers and workers to be on daily duty to
check and repair the system; promptly overcoming problems as soon as receiving
feedback from customers… Thanks to the synchronous implementation of the above
solutions along with ensuring the raw water source for water supply works, it
basically meets the water demand of people in the province.
