Binh District People's Committee has just planned to implement the movement
"All people unite to build cultural life" in the district to the year
2026.
The plan aims to
continue developing the movement "All people unite to build cultural
life" with depth, quality, efficiency and practicality; creating positive
changes in the construction and development of the Vietnamese people
comprehensively and building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with
national identity, contributing to ensure sustainable development,
international integration and protect the Fatherland.
For the delta region,
it strives to have 80% of the population improved their enjoyment and
participation in cultural activities, preserve and promote traditional cultural
values; having children's houses; 100% of the administrative units of communes
and townships has activities and entertainment points for young people,
teenagers and children. 100% of towns meets typical urban civilization
standards. 100% of communes meets the new and improved rural cultural
standards…
In addition, it
continues to propagate to raise awareness and voluntary and self-consciousness
of families in building typical, happy and cultural families; people's sense of
responsibility and community self-governance capacity in residential areas in
the process of building and maintaining the title of typical villages and
cultural quarters. Improving the effectiveness of the campaign "All people
unite to build new rural and civilized cities" in residential areas
associated with building "communes and towns suitable for children" contributing
to the realization of the goals of the Party and State on sustainable poverty
reduction, building new rural areas and civilized cities.
