Bac Binh reviews and shortens the administrative procedures settlement

Binh District People's Committee has just developed the review and evaluation
plan for administrative procedures in 2022.
It includes:
Reviewing and shortening the administrative procedures settlement compared to
the prescribed time. Reviewing and simplifying the constituent parts of
administrative procedures (if any). Reviewing and evaluating the conformity of
administrative procedures and regulations related to administrative procedures
toward the requirements of implementing level 3 and level 4 online public services;
creating a basis for the Provincial People's Committee to approve the list of
administrative procedures to put into implementation of level 3 and level 4
online public services in 2022. Reviewing and evaluating administrative
procedures by thematic such as reviewing and proposing pilot expansion of the
receipt and handling of administrative procedures dossiers regardless of
administrative boundaries.
In addition, the
agencies, units and localities in the district shall responsible for organizing
the review and evaluation of administrative procedures under their authorities
regularly during the year; and actively advising the District People's
Committee to propose the Provincial People's Committee to supplement the
administrative procedures into this Plan for reviewing and evaluating according
to regulations if discovering these administrative procedures having problems,
inadequacies, difficulties in implementation that hinders the production,
business and people's lives.
