Implementing Decision No. 1034/QD-BTTTT of the
Ministry of Information and Communications on approving the plan on supporting agricultural
production households to list on the e-commerce platform, promoting the
development of the agricultural and rural digital economy, the Provincial
People's Committee has promulgated Plan No. 4024/KH-UBND dated October 21, 2021
on "Supporting agricultural production households to be listed on the
e-commerce platform, promoting the development of the agricultural and rural
digital economy in Binh Thuan province”. The Provincial People's Committee
directs the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Agriculture and
Rural Development, the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Cooperative
Alliance to chair over and coordinate with the People's Committees of districts,
towns, cities and other relevant units to list the agricultural production
households and agricultural products that are eligible for listing on the
e-commerce platform; providing the e-commerce platforms with information about
the season, time and yield of agricultural products. Deploying, coordinating
and supporting enterprises with e-commerce platforms to build and guide
agricultural production households on standard processes (harvesting, pre-processing,
packaging ...) to place agricultural products on the e-commerce floor in order
to ensure that products delivered to consumers with clear origins and best
quality.
Up to now, the province has 265
products listed on 02 e-commerce platforms, in which: the "voso.vn"
has 220 products (with 36/70 OCOP products); the “postmart.vn” has 45 products
(with 12/70 OCOP products)

Vietnam Post and Viettel Post Corporation has actively and proactively
cooperated closely with localities to implement the support program on helping
agricultural production households to participate in the e-commerce platforms. Offering
many support packages to attract the attention of agricultural production
households. Coordinating with localities to deploy training courses and
propagating in various forms on mass media, press, radio, television and websites.
