The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued a
decision approving the list of administrative procedures under the management
of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment that meet the conditions
for full online public service implementation in 2024.
Accordingly,
the list of administrative procedures within the scope and management functions
of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment that meet the conditions
for providing full online public services to be implemented in 2024 includes 10
provincial-level administrative procedures.
Of
these, there are 06 administrative procedures in the water resources sector,
including: Suspension of groundwater exploration permits, water resource
extraction permits; return of groundwater drilling licenses for medium and
small-scale operations; seeking opinions on the groundwater recharge plan;
seeking opinions on the results of trial operation for groundwater recharge;
calculating the water resource extraction rights fee for projects serving
domestic use that have been put into operation and granted a water extraction
permit but have not yet been approved for the fee; calculating the water
resource extraction rights fee for projects not yet operational.
There
are 02 administrative procedures in the environmental sector, which are:
issuing and renewing environmental permits; amending environmental permits.
There
are 02 administrative procedures in the land sector, which are: registering
land for the first time for cases where the State allocates land for
management; reissuing certificates due to loss.
The
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of
Information and Communications to take the lead, in coordination with other
agencies, units, and localities, in implementing the full online public service
list on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System.
Additionally, the department is tasked with integrating the 10 online public
services onto the National Public Service Portal. The completion deadline for
this task is November 2024.
