Binh Thuan Province to improve the frequency of using online public services in settling administrative procedures

(binhthuan.gov.vn) With the aim of implementing
the practical, appropriate and effective solutions to
increase the frequency of using online public services at level 3, level 4 and
BCCI service in receiving and returning results of administrative procedures settlement for people and enterprises meet the
requirements according to the regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs on
the grading of the PAR index for the province. Exploiting and effectively using
the software system of electronic one-stop service, online public service
portal of the province, National public service portal; The Provincial People's
Committee has just issued a Plan to improve the
frequency of using online public services at level 3, level 4 and public postal
services in receiving and returning results of administrative procedures
settlement for people and businesses in Binh
Thuan province.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigns
the Provincial People's Committee Office to coordinate with other agencies and
units to advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to issue the list of administrative procedures in
the implementation of receiving and returing settlements via BCCI service; to preside over and
coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to guide the agencies
and units in selecting, proposing the list of priority administrative
procedures for online implementation at level 3 and level 4 and submit to the
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the list of
administrative procedures conducted online at level 3 and level 4 annualy
(starting from 2021).
The Provincial People's
Committee requests the Department of Information and Communications to continue
upgrading and completing the electronic one-stop software system, the online
public service portal of the province to ensure compliance with regulations and
convenience for users; connecting and integrating the province's Online Public
Service Portal to the National Public Service Portal. Also, to ensure the technical
infrastructure and to implement the measures of information safety and security
so that the electronic one-stop software system and online public service
portal of the province can operate safely, smoothly and stably. To concretize
the targets assigned under the Plan into the annual set of criteria for
evaluating and ranking the information technology application activities of the
agencies and localities….
