On the afternoon of February 21, Mr. Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee held a working session with the delegation of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee on the coordination plan for the organization of the Visit Vietnam Year 2023 - Binh Thuan - Green Tourism Comes Together. The delegation of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee was led by Mr. Nguyen Long Bien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. There was also the attendance of representatives of leaders of relevant departments, agencies and units of the two provinces of Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan.

At the meeting, the representative of Binh Thuan province's Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented the draft of the coordination plan. Accordingly, the two provinces of Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan will jointly organize 6 activities to respond to the Visit Vietnam Year 2023, including: A cooperation signing program between the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan (expected to take place in April 2023); The 1^st Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan open cycling tournament (expected to take place in July 2023); The Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan off-road motorbikes and cars tournament (expected to take place in July 2023 and August 2023); Organization of a Famtrip to survey tourism in Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Thuan - Ninh Thuan - Lam Dong (expected to take place in October 2023); The Binh Thuan - Ninh Thuan open golf tournament (expected to take place in October 2023) and the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan windsurfing and kitesurfing tournament (scheduled to take place in December 2023).

Attending the meeting, the delegates exchanged and discussed a number of matters, such as: Consideration for changing the time of organizing some activities to suit the promotion of potentials and strengths of each locality; research to expand the scale of the tournaments; planning in detail for each activity, event; the need of a specific coordination mechanism…. to ensure the successful, safe and thoughtful organization of coordinated activities between the two provinces.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh suggested Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with Ninh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to absorb the opinions of delegates to re-draft the coordination plan. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a detailed plan for each activity; actively contact relevant agencies and units to exchange information on organizing activities... At the same time, Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee also wished that Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee would pay attention and support to successfully organize the coordinated activities to respond to the Visit Vietnam Year 2023; thereby, maintaining and enhancing the organization and coordination of major events between the two provinces.

Mr. Nguyen Long Bien - Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee affirmed that he will cooperate with Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee to successfully organize activities in response to the Visit Vietnam Year 2023 - Binh Thuan - Green Tourism Comes Together.
