Binh Thuan: State budget revenue in 8 months to exceed estimate for the year

(binhthuan.gov.vn) Despite being heavily affected by COVID-19 epidemic, the province's state budget revenue in the first eight months of 2021 is still estimated at more than 9,100 billion VND, reaching 110.35% of the estimate.

According to the Provincial Statistics Office, by the end of August, state budget revenue is estimated at 9,181.13 billion VND, reaching 110.35% of the year estimate, and increasing by 31.41% over the same period last year. Specifically, the state budget revenue in August 2021 is estimated at VND 450 billion. Accumulation in 8 months is estimated at 9,181.13 billion VND, reaching 110.35% of the year estimate, and increasing by 31.41% over the same period in 2020; in which, domestic revenue (excluding oils) reaches 7,014.23 billion VND, reaching 116.52% of the year estimate, increasing by 31.53% over the same period. Among the total budget revenue, Taxes, fees and other revenues are 5,730.01 billion VND, reaching 111.70% of the year estimate, increased 31.34%; collection of house and land fees is 1,284.22 billion VND, reaching 144.29% of the year estimate, increased 32.38% (of which, land use levy is 1,126.20 billion VND, reaching 160.89% of the year estimate, increasing by 72.86% over the same period in 2020); crude oil revenue is 903.22 billion VND, reaching 112.90% of the year estimate, and increased 15.49%; import and export taxes are 91,263.68 billion VND, reaching 84.25% of the year estimate, and increased 44.97%.

Total budget expense in the month is estimated at 450 billion VND (state budget expense is 400.0 billion VND); accumulation in 8 months is estimated at 8,800.14 billion VND (state budget expense is 6,363.98 billion VND); in which, expense for development investment is 2,748.41 billion VND, recurrent expense is 3,615.06 billion VND.
