Binh Thuan to receive 15,030 doses of COVID-19 vaccine

July 26, the Center for Disease Control of Binh Thuan province went to Pasteur
Institute in Nha Trang to receive about 15,030 doses of COVID-19 vaccine in the
third phase.
Accordingly, the
Center is receiving 03 vaccines including 420 doses of Vero Cell, 1,170 doses
of Pfizer and 13,440 doses of Moderna. After receiving these vaccines, the
Center will carry out the injection from 31/7 to 04/8. In which, shot 02 will
be given to the subjects of Resolution no. 21 of the Government and Decision
no. 3355 of the Ministry of Health.
The Vero Cell vaccine
will be used particularly to inject the Chinese citizens residing in the
province, people who are in the need for exchange, trade and service activities
with China.
In order to ensure
the vaccination safety and promptly handle adverse events after vaccination,
the Binh Thuan Department of Health will organize the injection points at Binh
Thuan Northern Regional General Hospital. Binh Thuan Southern General Hospital,
Medical Centers of Ham Thuan Bac, Phan Thiet, Ham Thuan Nam, Ham Tan, Tanh Linh
and Phu Quy.
However, the injection
point at Binh Thuan General Hospital will be replaced by the injection point at
Binh Thuan Center for Sports and Athletes Training, Coaching and Competition,
28 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Phan Thiet.
For La Gi town, due
to the complicated situation of COVID-19, the Medical Center of La Gi suggested
the People's Committee of La Gi town to organize the injection point at the
Medical Center of La Gi to ensure the prevention of COVID-19 infection and
vaccination safety, as well as to promptly handle any possible post-injection
reaction./.
