Binh Thuan to welcome about 7.3 million visitors in the first 10 months of 2023

(binhthuan.gov.vn) According to the Binh Thuan Statistics Office, in the first 10 months of 2023, it is estimated that Binh Thuan received 7.3 million visitors (up by 61% over the same period); Of which, international visitors reached nearly 212,000 arrivals (3.48 times over the same period), revenue reached about 18,823 billion VND (77% over the same period).
In October 2023 alone, Binh Thuan is estimated to welcome nearly 589,000 visitors; Of which international visitors is estimated to reach 20,000 arrivals, with mainly Korean, Chinese, German, American... In terms of revenue, accommodation services reached 333 billion VND, food and beverage services reached 1,144.5 billion VND, travel and tourism support activities are estimated at VND 11.7 billion, all services are increased compared to the previous month and the same period in 2022.
Also according to the assessment of the Tourism industry, tourism activities in October are quite stable, although this is considered the low season. Besides the favorable weather, connecting traffic and especially diverse and quality tourism products, Binh Thuan tourism continues to be the choice of tourists due to the excitement and attractiveness of activities within the framework of National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Tourism Comes Together" with a series of activities and events celebrating the 28th anniversary of Binh Thuan Tourism Day - October 24.
In particular, during the month there were also traditional and unique festivals taking place such as: Kate on Po Sah Inu tower, Thay Thim Palace in La Gi town; Kite Festival and supercar show at Bau Trang; Vietnam International Photography Festival Exhibition; the Industry and Trade Fair - OCOP 2023 in Phan Thiet city... also attracted the attention of many visitors.
