Binh Thuan tourism is expected to welcome 2,390,000 visitor arrivals in the first 6 months of 2022

(binhthuan.gov.vn) According to the Department of Culture, Sports
and Tourism, it is estimated that the province will welcome 2,390,000 visitor
arrivals in the first 6 months of 2022, reaching 53.7% of the year plan, increased
by 13.8% over the same period last year (international visitors accounts for 25.8
thousand arrivals, increased by 30.3%; domestic tourists accounts for 2,364
thousand arrivals, increased by 39.3% over the same period last year); tourism
revenue is 4,489 billion VND, reaching 42.4% of the year plan, increased by 17%
over the same period last year.

In general, tourism
activities in the whole province are vibrant, bustling and there are many signs
of recovery, especially during the Lunar New Year and weekends, April 30 and
May 1 holidays. The work of ensuring security and order, environmental
sanitation, food safety, and rescue at beaches and tourist areas is given
proper attention and enhanced during Tet occasion and holidays. The prices of
services and goods in the province during weekends and Tet holidays are quite
stable. The listing of prices and selling at the listed prices according to
state regulations are strictly implemented by tourist accommodation and tourism
service businesses.
