Celebrate Hung Kings Commemoration Day at Hung Vuong Temple, Phan Ri Cua town in 2021

orienting towards the ancestors, respectfully offering incense to thank to the
Hung Kings for building the country and to the ancestors who have made merit in
defending the country. At the same time, contributing to the traditional
education, the ethic of “when drinking water, remember its source”, the love of
motherland and country for generations of the people in the province,
especially the young generation, Tuy Phong District People’s Committee
announced: the Commemoration Feast of Hung Kings at Hung Vuong Temple will be
held on April 21, 2021 (on March 10th, new ox of lunar year).
According to the People's Committee of
Tuy Phong district, the Commemoration Feast of Hung Kings at Hung Vuong Temple,
Phan Ri Cua town includes 2 parts: Ceremony and Festival. In particular, the
ceremony includes: Procession to welcome the sages from monuments and religious
places to Hung Vuong Temple, Phan Ri Cua town; The incense offering ceremony to
commemorate Hung Kings at Hung Vuong Temple, Phan Ri Cua town; Great ancient
ceremony according to traditional customs. The festival will be held from April
10 to April 20, including activities such as: culture and arts; organizing
sports such as table tennis, badminton, Hung Vuong Cup soccer tournament, folk
games and competitions ... The organization of festival activities must be
dignified, deeply impressed, safe, economical, highly educational, especially
in compliance with regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control in the new
situation.
In addition, the People’s Committee of
Tuy Phong District has also developed a contingency plan to hold the
Commemoration Feast of Hung Kings at Hung Vuong Temple, Phan Ri Cua town, Tuy
Phong district in 2021 in case of COVID-19 spreading out complicated. Accordingly,
the festival will not be held, but on April 21, 2021 (on March 10th, new ox of
lunar year), it will only organize the ceremonies and activities according to
the program; The Temple Management Board will perform the customary rituals of
worshiping.
According to Plan no 341 / KH-UBND
dated 27/01/2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, the Commemoration Feast
of Hung Kings in 2021 at Hung Vuong Temple, Phan Ri Cua town, Tuy Phong
district has the contribution and participation of 2 localities, namely: Duc
Linh district and Tanh Linh district. Accordingly, these two localities will
send delegations to the Festival and prepare gifts as local specialties to the
Hung Kings, at the same time, perform the tasks as assigned by the Festival
Organizing Committee.
