(binhthuan.gov.vn) On April 20, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Le Tuan Phong and heads of departments, agencies and localities of the province had a meeting with enterprises and associations to resolve directly difficulties and obstacles in operation, production and business activities and in the process of project investment implementation.

At the meeting, the representatives of associations, industries and businesses frankly exchanged and reported their difficulties and obstacles as well as proposing improvement ideas about the investment environment, necessary policies and mechanisms.

Specifically, the representative of the Binh Thuan Automobile Transport Association presented the problems in the process of accessing information on policy benefited from the State and the disbursement of vocational training capital for the discharged army and police and the worker with elementary qualifications associated with the job placement according to the studied profession. From 2015 up to now, four transport companies in the province have trained over 3 thousand soldiers and police discharged from the army with a budget of nearly 50 billion VND. However, there are many changes in State policies during the training process, so the issue of delaying capital disbursement is occurred.  

After listening to the businesses and the associations presented their difficulties and obstacles in their activities, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Le Tuan Phong requested heads of departments and agencies to directly answer each issue that the businesses and associations had just mentioned and assigned the relevant departments and agencies to monitor, study and resolve.

With the spirit of setting the priority of accompanying businesses and listening to the opinions of enterprises, leaders of Binh Thuan province and the heads of the concerned departments, agencies and localities will meet and work directly with enterprises and investors at least once a month. From there, creating favorable conditions for businesses and investors to learn the attracting investment mechanisms and policies of the province and specially to reflect and request to provincial leaders about difficulties and problems arising in investment registration procedures, approving project investment overtaking and investment project implementation in the province, as well as in production and business activities.

On March 18, 2021, the provincial leaders had a meeting with businesses and investors to listen to difficulties and problems in production and business activities and in the process of project investment. Thereby, 4 out of 9 business proposals were directly solved by the provincial leaders at the meeting. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments, agencies and localities to respond in writing to and settle each petition of the associations and enterprises. The relevant agencies and localities must invite and work directly with associations and enterprises not satisfied with the settlement results at this meeting for further consideration and settlement, in order to achieve the best results, and ensure the compliance with the provisions of law.
