Checking and verifying information stated in the report on illegal mineral exploitation in Ham Thuan Nam district

(binhthuan.gov.vn) Chairman of the
provincial People's Committee has just issued a Dispatch to assign the
Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside and coordinate with
the provincial Interdisciplinary Inspection Team, Ham Thuan Nam district
People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies to inspect, verify and
clarify the information stated in the Report "Illegal mineral exploitation
in Ham Thuan Nam district" produced by Binh Thuan Radio - Television, reporting
the illegal mineral exploitation in the area bordering on Mount Nhon, Tan Lap
commune, Ham Thuan Nam district;
Chairman of the Provincial People's
Committee requests to strictly handle the violation behaviors and violators; At
the same time, to review and handle seriously the responsibility of local
leaders according to Dispatch no. 244/UBND-KT dated 19/01/2021, Announcement
no. 323/TB-UBND dated 25/11/2019 and according to the responsibilities
specified in Decision no. 03/2019/QD-UBND dated 17/01/2019 of the Provincial
People's Committee. The results must submitted to the People's Committee of the
province before 16/4/2021./.
