Closely inspecting the implementation of stopping activities within the project of the high-class villas and resorts on Hon Rom Hill

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a directive dispatch
related to the project of high-class villas and resorts on Hon Rom Hill in Mui
Ne ward, Phan Thiet city.
Accordingly,
requesting the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City to continue closely
monitoring and inspecting Thien Hai Joint Stock Company in its observance of
suspending activities within the project scope until this company fully
completing all relevant procedures. Accelerating the review, updating and
adjustment of the General Planning Project to 2040 on the basis of key projects
of the city that have been agreed by the Provincial People's Committee to
adjust and updating the approved projects that have been changes and
adjustments on the planning in accordance with regulations.
The Department of
Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction, and the
People's Committee of Phan Thiet actively to provide information related to this
project and the process of remedying the consequences of violations to the
Department of Information and Communications to inform the press agencies and
public opinion, not because of this incident that affects the image and
investment environment of the province.
The Department of
Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, according to the assigned
functions and tasks, actively to monitor, urge and support Thien Hai Joint
Stock Company to carry out relevant procedures, soon to deploy the construction
according to the prescribed regulations.
