Communication activities on health insurance policies and laws in the province in 2022

the Decision No. 823/QD-TTg dated June 16, 2009 of the Prime Minister on making
July 1 every year as “Vietnam Health Insurance Day” and Official Letter No.
3123/BYT-BH dated June 15, 2022 on strengthening communication on health
insurance policies and laws and celebrating Vietnam Health Insurance Day; in
order to ensure strict implementation of health insurance policies and laws
towards the goal of universal health insurance, so that people clearly
understand their rights and responsibilities when participating in health
insurance and medical examination and treatment covered by health insurance,
the People's Committee has just developed an plan on communication activities
on health insurance policies and laws in the province.
The plan aims to
organize peak activities to propagate the Party's guidelines, policies and laws
on health insurance in order to raise awareness and strengthen the responsibility
of Party committees, authorities at all levels, socio-political organizations,
organizations and individuals in strictly complying with the provisions of law
on medical examination and treatment covered by health insurance at health
facilities, meeting the satisfaction of the participants of health insurance
towards the universal health insurance.
With the theme
"Health insurance - for the health and happiness of all families", the
relevant communication activities will take place in the last 6 months of 2022,
with focusing on July 2022 in the whole province./.
