Conference on training, updating tax policy in 2022

the morning of December 16, 2022, Binh Thuan Tax Department held a conference on
training and updating tax policy in 2022. Leaders of the Vietnam Tax Advisory
Association were directly present and chaired the conference.
This is an activity
in the 2022 training and fostering program of the Tax Department of Binh Thuan
province, to help tax officials as well as related departments and agencies in
the management of tax collection and enterprises located in Binh Thuan province,
systematizing new knowledge according to the law on tax administration.

The conference takes
place in 2 days (December 16-17), organized in face-to-face and online form
with the participation of departments, agencies and sectors related to the
management of tax collection and enterprises located in the area. Through this
conference, the participants will be updated and equipped with more knowledge
in the field of VAT refund; instructions on handling errors in electronic
invoices related to additional tax declaration dossiers; clearly understand the
contents of Decree 91/2022/ND-CP as well as new regulations on collection of
land use levy and land rent, etc.; thereby, helping to facilitate the
implementation of tasks and achieve good results.
