Construction ceremony of Van Thanh Bridge, Phan Thiet city

Van Thanh Bridge project, Phan Thiet city is expected to hold a construction
commencement ceremony on the morning of January 14, 2023 at the Y-junction on
Tran Quy Cap street, Duc Long ward, Phan Thiet city.
In
order to ensure the success of Construction Ceremony of Van Thanh Bridge, the
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued an official dispatch
assigning departments, agencies and localities to implement a number of tasks
as follows:
The
Construction Investment Project Management Board of Traffic Works shall chair
over and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies, the People's
Committee of Phan Thiet City and the construction unit to prepare plan,
program, and proposal of personnel participating and organizing the construction
ceremony to report to the Provincial People's Committee no later than January
9, 2023.
Phan
Thiet City People's Committee shall organize propaganda among the people on the
purpose and meaning of the construction of Van Thanh Bridge; closely coordinate
with the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Traffic Works in
the preparation of the ground for the Construction Ceremony as well as the works
related to the local responsibilities in the ceremony’s agenda. At the same
time, directing functional units to grasp the situation, ensure security and
order during the ceremony.
The
Provincial Public Security shall direct the Phan Thiet City Police to ensure
security and order for the Ceremony.
The
Department of Transport shall direct the Inspector Division, relevant units to
coordinate with the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Traffic
Works and other relevant units to perform the tasks under their
responsibilities during the organization of the ceremony.
The
Department of Information and Communications, the Provincial Information
Center, the Provincial Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television
Station shall strengthen propaganda and promotion on the importance and meaning
of the construction./.
