Continue to add identifier code and update data to the Children's Database for the purposes of Project 06

(binhthuan.gov.vn) Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Leader of the provincial Project 06 working team has just requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to pay attention and direct the commune-level Project 06 working teams to implement the standardization, cleaning of data to update children's data into the children's information management software according to the Standardization and cleaning process for children's data.

Specifically, updating children's data into the child information management software at the grass root is conducted in 4 steps.

Step 1: The commune-level Project 06 working team directs officials in charge of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs at commune level to review data and prepare a list of children from the information management software for: Children without Citizen Identification Number (ID number); incorrect child's ID number format; Children are missing or incorrect basic personal information: Full name, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, parent/guardian.

Step 2: Reviewing, adding and adjusting information for children with missing or incorrect basic personal information at households. During the review process, if there are new children that have not been managed on the software, they should be added to the list. The list of children after being reviewed, added and adjusted, is transferred to the commune-level police department for verification and providing identifier code.

Step 3: Commune-level police receive the list, compare and verify information and provide identifier codes, sign and hand over the list to the official in charge of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs at commune level for administration.

Step 4: The official in charge of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs at commune level updates the standardized and cleaned children's information into the software according to the Software User Manual.
