Continuously supporting businesses, cooperatives and business households in the context of Covid-19

In order to promptly remove difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks that hinder
production and business activities, and recover the economy after the impact of
the Covid-19 pandemic, the Provincial People's Committee requires the
departments, agencies, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and
cities to implement synchronously, comprehensively and drastically solutions to
support businesses, cooperatives, business households and people affected by
Covid-19.
Accordingly, the departments,
agencies and localities should focus on removing difficulties and obstacles so
that businesses and people can soon recover and stabilize production and
business in the new situation associated with ensuring safety in the prevention
and control of Covid-19. At the same time, strictly and promptly implementing
the regulations, guiding documents, and directives issued by the Central
Government to both do well in epidemic prevention and control while focusing on
economic recovery and development, effectively implementing "dual
goals", minimizing the impact on production and business. Promoting economic
growth in 2022; minimizing the number of businesses, cooperatives, and business
households that are temporarily shutting down or going bankrupt due to the
impact of Covid-19.
