Continute to implement tasks and solutions in the prevention and fight against corruption

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a written
request to the Heads of agencies of the Provincial People's Committee;
State-owned enterprises of the province; Chairmen of People's Committees of
districts, towns and cities and proposed to the Vietnam Fatherland Front
Committee and provincial unions to continue thoroughly grasping and focusing on
the effective implementation of the guiding documents of the Central
Government, Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of Provincial Party
Committee, Provincial People's Committee on corruption prevention. In
particular, it is necessary to implement synchronously and effectively solutions
to prevent corruption. First of all, focusing on the sensitive and
easily-generating negative fields at all levels, sectors and strengthening
leadership and direction in inspection, examination and supervision, especially
the self-examination, detection and handling of cases of corruption and
wastefulness within each agency, unit or locality.
Under
the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the heads
of agencies, units and localities shall uphold their roles and responsibilities
in directing the fight against corruption associated with learning and
following ideologies of Ho Chi Minh. The heads of agencies, organizations and
units shall be strictly handled when corruption occurs but fail to promptly
detect and handle according to the Party's regulations and the State's laws.
Agencies:
Provincial Public Security, People's Procuracy and Two-level People's Court
focus on resolving all remaining outstanding corruption cases that public
opinion cares about and ensures handling the right people, right crimes, no
wrongful conviction. Improving the efficiency of asset recovery caused by
corruption and waste.
Continuing
to strengthen the Party's leadership in the protection of detectives,
denouncers and fighters against corruption and wastefulness. At the same time,
strictly dealing with cases of false accusation, cases of denunciation with
content misrepresenting, slandering, defaming the honor and dignity of other
people without evidence or intentional denunciation with false statements to
cause internal disunity, reducing the prestige of the accused person.
