Credit activities to maintain stability

in the province is maintained stably. Credit capital is focused to support
production and business enterprises. In addition, credit institutions have well
implemented policies to support customers facing difficulties due to COVID-19
epidemic.
According to the Provincial Statistics
Office, as of March 31, 2022, the total outstanding loans reached 74,919
billion VND, 0.98% higher than the beginning of the year (increased by 2.21% over
the same period last year). In which, loan outstanding balance in VND reached
73,713 billion VND, accounting for 98.39% of total loan balance; short-term
loan balance reached 44,356 billion VND, accounting for 59.2% of loan
outstanding balance. Loan balances divided by interest rates: interest rate
less than or equal to 6%/year accounted for about 4.3% of loan outstanding balance,
interest rates from 6-7%/year accounted for about 6.6% of loan outstanding balance,
interest rate from 7-9%/year accounted for 34.5% of loan outstanding balance;
interest rates from 9-12%/year accounted for about 50.8% of loan outstanding balance,
interest rates above 12%/year accounted for about 3.8% of loan outstanding balance.
It is estimated that by April 30, 2022, the loan outstanding balance will reach
76,049 billion VND, increased 2.5% compared to the beginning of the year.
Mobilized capital reached 53,111
billion VND, 8.51% higher than the beginning of the year (increased by 1.3%
over the same period last year. It is estimated that by April 30, 2022,
mobilized capital will reach 53,348 billion VND, increased by 9% compared to
the beginning of the year. As of March 31, 2022, the bad debt (on balance
sheet) in the province was 1,047 billion VND, accounting for 1.4% of the loan
outstanding balance, the bad debt increased by 0.56% compared to the beginning
of the year./.
