The Department of Industry and Trade has just sent a document to departments, agencies,
branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; Provincial
Cooperative Alliance, Associations, businesses and Cooperatives in the province
on the customs clearance at Sam Pun border gate, Meo Vac district, Ha Giang
province
Accordingly,
the time to carry out customs clearance through the bilateral border gate Sam
Pun (Vietnam) - Dien Bong (China) starts from October 17, 2023. Opening time is
from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Hanoi time) every day of the week (including
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
In
order to create favorable conditions for import-export and immigration activities
in the province, the Department of Industry and Trade requests the Department
of Agriculture and Rural Development, People's Committees of districts, towns
and cities, and the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, Provincial
Cooperative Alliance, and Associations to inform businesses, cooperatives, and
production and business establishments about customs clearance time at the
bilateral border gate Sam Pun (Vietnam) - Dien Bong (China) to proactively prepare
operation plans related to import and export of goods and immigration through
border gates of Ha Giang province.
If
there is any arising difficulty or problem, it is requested to discuss with the
Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies to propose solutions for
support and settlement.
