The Department of Industry and Trade said that Ha Giang province has just
announced the clearance of goods and passengers through Thanh Thuy
international border gate, Vi Xuyen district.
Accordingly, the
Chinese side officially restores the customs clearance of goods and passengers
from 09:00 on February 20, 2023. The clearance time is from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. daily and all days of week.
Regarding epidemic
prevention and control, the Chinese side requires people entering China to have
a certificate of negative for Sars-cov-2 virus by PT-PCR test, which is valid
for 48 hours. For drivers carrying goods across the border to China, if
registered with the Import-Export Trade Association of Ha Giang province, only
PCR testing is required on the first exit.
In order to
facilitate import and export activities and customs clearance of goods of the
province, the Department of Industry and Trade proposes the Department of
Agriculture and Rural Development, the People's Committees of districts, towns
and cities, the Management Board of the Provincial Industrial Parks, Provincial
Cooperative Alliance, Binh Thuan Dragon Fruit Association to coordinate and
inform the restoration of clearance through Thanh Thuy - Thien Bao
international border gate to enterprises, processing and exporting cooperatives
of dragon fruit in the province to know and promptly adjust production and
business activities.
