Customs clearance at the border gate of Quang Ninh province

Department of Industry and Trade announced that from 30/01/2023, the freight
transit service will be stopped at the Bac Luan Bridge II border gate, open
path Km 3+4 Hai Yen, Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province.
Accordingly,
Vietnamese and Chinese drivers are allowed to drive vehicles into the
inspection yard, the gathering point of vehicles in both sides to deliver and
receive goods. However, drivers of vehicles on entry and exit need to have a
number of relevant papers as prescribed, such as: Passport or valid exit and
entry papers; access card to the border gate area or citizen's identity card, driver's
license suitable for the type of vehicle being driven; valid papers related to vehicles
of entry and exit and the imported and exported goods. In addition, drivers of
vehicles on exit or entry must have a valid RT-PCR test result for Sars-CoV-2
Virus (negative) within 48 hours; strictly wearing of masks and medical gloves.
In
order to implement solutions for operation stablization and customs clearance
promotion at Bac Luan bridge border gate II, open path Km3+4 Hai Yen, Mong Cai
city, Quang Ninh province, the Department of Industry and Trade has proposed
the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, People's Committees of
districts, towns and cities, Provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks,
Provincial Cooperative Alliance, Binh Thuan Dragon Fruit Association to
cooperate in propagating and updating regulations on customs clearance through
Bac Luan Bridge II border gate, open path Km3+4 Hai Yen, Mong Cai city, Quang
Ninh province to the enterprises, cooperatives in processing and exporting
dragon fruits in the province for their information and compliance to regulations.
