Decentralization of State management in tourist accommodation establishments in Binh Thuan province

of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision no
13/2021/QD-UBND on the decentralization of State management in tourist
accommodation establishments in Binh Thuan province.
Accordingly, the
Decision applies to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, People's
Committees of districts, towns and cities; organizations, households and
individuals involved in the decentralization of state management in tourism in
Binh Thuan province.
The Decision also
clearly stipulates that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall
take the state management in tourist accommodation establishments toward various
types of establishments, such as: rated hotels; Unrated hotels with more than
20 rooms; Boats for tourist accommodation; Rated tourist apartments; Rated
tourist villas. The district-level People's Committees shall take the State
management in tourist accommodation establishments toward the following types:
Hotels (unrated, with a size of 20 rooms or less); Tourist guesthouses; Tourist
apartments (unrated); Tourist Villas (unrated); Houses with rooms for rent
(homestay); Bunk bed inns (hostels); Tourist campsites.
