the tourist destination Binh Thuan, the Department of Culture, Sports and
Tourism has issued a written request to the Divisions of Culture and
Information of districts, towns and cities to strengthen management and service
of local tourism.

campaigns to clean up waste, clean the environment and landscape on both sides
of roads leading to tourist areas and attractions in the areas. Coordinating
with local divisions and units to strengthen reminders and checks on prices,
environmental sanitation, food hygiene and safety, security and order, traffic
safety, fire and explosion prevention... in tourism business and services in
the area. Reminding businesses and business households to stabilize prices,
list and sell at the correct listed price, especially prices for hotel rooms,
motels, food services, and prices of fresh seafood products. ... At the same
time, ensuring service quality for tourists.
Besides, the
Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also requests tourism businesses to arrange
sufficient human resources and necessary conditions to serve tourists, pay
attention to review, check and remind employees to maximize their civilized and
polite service manner; building a friendly and hospitable image to ensure
service quality and avoid unfortunate incidents that affect the business image
in particular and the Binh Thuan tourism brand in general during service.
Strictly implementing regulations on food safety and hygiene. Strengthening
environmental sanitation in and around the area; treating waste and discharging
wastewater according to regulations.

case of incident, accident or other issues related to tourists, businesses and
