Deployment of 03 sale points in Ham Tien Ward, Phong Nam Commune and Tien Thanh Commune

the supply of essential goods for the people in the current condition of social
distancing throughout Phan Thiet city under Directive no 16/CT-TTg, the
Department of Industry and Trade has just proposed the Phan Thiet City People's
Committee to set up and deploy 03 sale points in Ham Tien Ward, Phong Nam
Commune and Tien Thanh Commune.
Accordingly, the Department of
Industry and Trade requests the Phan Thiet City People's Committee to survey,
select a location, and work with CoopMart Phan Thiet to organize a sale point
in Ham Tien ward to provide additional essential goods for the people in the area
of Phu Hai ward, Ham Tien ward, Mui Ne ward and Thien Nghiep commune; to survey,
select locations, and work with Binh Thuan Branch of Bach Hoa Xanh Trading
Joint Stock Company to organize 01 sale point in Phong Nam commune and 01 sale
point in Tien Thanh commune to provide essential goods for people in Phong Nam
commune, and Tien Thanh commune.
In addition, to study and arrange the
buffer zones to support units and small traders to supply essential goods from
Phan Thiet city to the neighboring districts of Phan Thiet such as Ham Thuan
Bac, Ham Thuan Nam,... and vice versa, the goods will be delivered at the
epidemic checkpoints. The delivery buffer zones will be arranged at the
outermost epidemic checkpoints of Phan Thiet city to carry out the delivery of
essential goods.
To create favorable conditions for
suppliers and distributors of essential goods in Phan Thiet city such as:
CoopMart Phan Thiet, Lotte Phan Thiet, Bach Hoa Xanh Trading Joint Stock
Company - Binh Thuan Branch, Vincommerce General Trading Services Joint Stock
Company - Binh Thuan Branch, the Department of Industry and Trade also proposes
Phan Thiet city to create a green transport channel of essential goods in the
city. The sale staffs are allowed to move between stores in the city (including
the 03 additional sale points: 01 point in Ham Tien ward, 01 point in Phong Nam
commune and 01 point in Tien Thanh commune) to sell and supply goods. At the
same time, to create conditions for online delivery staffs (shippers) to move
smoothly in the city to deliver essential goods to people who have made online
purchases, registered from wards and communes for helping people to buy foods.
Besides, the Department also
recommends to intergrade the shopping cards for city residents into the market
entry cards for CoopMart, Lotte Mart, and Bach Hoa Xanh stores, except for
those people residing out side of the barricades that can not enter the center
of Phan Thiet city; To increase stocking of goods, increase sales time at supermarkets;
at the same time, to organize the propaganda to recommend consumers not to buy
goods to hoard.
