Developing rural craft villages in association with creating jobs and increasing incomes for people

Up to now, our province has 10,552 production and business establishments in
the field of rural industries, including 9,952 households, 28 cooperatives, 278
private enterprises, 132 limited companies, and 33 private enterprises with
63,377 employees.
There are 03
traditional craft villages in operation and recognized by the Provincial
People's Committee, including Phu Long rice paper craft village; Cho Lau rice
paper craft village and Binh Duc pottery village, Bac Binh district.
In order to increase
the proportion of production value in rural craft villages, improve product
quality, increase competitiveness in the market, contribute to the
restructuring of the rural economy towards industrialization - modernization
associated with new rural development, in the coming time, people, businesses
and cooperatives need to apply science and technology in production activities,
especially in the field of product preservation and processing; promoting trade
activities, tourism services to create a balanced and sustainable economic
structure, create jobs and increase people's incomes associated with tourism
development and environmental protection.
Propagandizing the
rural industry production establishments to actively learn legal documents, incentive
and support policies for rural industries in terms of training, technology
transfer, environmental treatment, trademark registration, participation in
trade fairs and exhibitions, tax policies, loans, projects set up to enjoy the
State's incentive and support policies.
